DOB. Yes I remember those heady days.
Was overwhelmed at the beginning with the Sklar factor but soon
realized the facts from the fiction.
Exchanged halted the company when it found out Gerald Sklar was
involved with the company and had been and continues to be an unacceptable individual to the exchange and Security Commission.
The exchange did not realize his involvement through the traditional ways as he was not a registered management or director or they would have vetoed this at that time, but he sat in the background and pulled the strings and appointed his own board people who had no idea of his status or where questionable themselves.
The claims (Mining Concessions) where and are in the name of a wholly owned sub of Riosun in Madagascar and continue to be explored and upon an infusion of capital, will be developed. Sklar had and continues to have no claims in Madagascar, either in his name or in a Company he or ABGF control. FACT.
Riosun have very promising Emerald and Gold properties in the Country and the management have spent a lot of time over there
in the last 2 years developing the company and it's network.
Mr. Wong was originally appointed by Mr. Sklar, enough said.
Greed does amazing things to people and here was a good case study along with dishonest and inexperienced people.
