You make good points. Time will tell who is right. I was going to respond to him but I just don't understand his logic. On one hand he proudly says "This stock is free and clear and I bought it...". Yet he thinks that the spin-off shares will never trade and has no value. Doesn't make sense to me. I guess he liked the game 'hot potato' as a kid. I think all the LPS shares will be canceled before the spin-off shares become free-trading and his shares will be pulled. Time will tell. I certainly wouldn't buy any LPS shares because I think they are valueless. Here Rick and I agree that HIS spin-off shares are valueless but for different reasons. Why would he buy valueless shares that nobody would want? Who is he going to sell his shares to before they are pulled? These questions and more will be answered in the coming weeks (months)... David
