Hi Blue, I read the article on the Geocities board about GNET but didn't see another....what is a WIP article? (dunno what that means) Can't think of anything to add to the article on there; it's comprehensive and doesn't say Too Much Doubleplusgood - IMHO a nice brief condensation of a Company is nice for the beginning of the DD process, it saves time both ways.
Yep, CPigQ is History...KA-BOOM off the rail it goes first thing Monday and "Won't Look Back"...in todays WSJ there are two articles about it...The first one notes its announcement of low earnings was a week ago yesterday Friday midafternoon, off the schedule and in a slow time for most news readers...and 5fer was blibbertyblabbing about no demand for puters when Dell and Intel tell another story.
But the BIG OFFENSE IS...CPigQ Has Now Offended DOTCOM ... it's screwing Up AltaVista now by selling first preference of hits from the Search Engine to its paid advertisers...(not that this is so new in the publishing world and who cares when the paper or magazine is subscribed to or sold, but this is not the same principle, This Is The Internet...AltaVista GET A GRIP).As the article explains it, a search for Maria Callas on there would first display the merchandisers of her recordings on CD. How many HITS will AltaVista be getting with this on there when why not just go elsewhere instead for a non-pestiferous search!!?
(DOTCOM's Analogy) Give Two Companies A Cottage and One makes it into a castle while The Other turns it into a hovel - A Double DUH is the only 909 we'll be seeing on this thing - and an IPO with no hits to speak of -so Once Again, CPigQ Shoots Itself In The Foot (but after early Monday it can Do It To It Without Me bye-bye Heartbreaker). Making Lemonade from the loss on next years taxes, and will take that investment and put it into a Winner...GNET!!!
Thank you for the 909s,
Love That Great News about smelling Our Favorites 909 A-Coming,
More 909s Please,
Joan
