Your welcome. Although I lack experience in many areas I was taught 2 vital things early in my life. Character is determined by the action one takes. The other was that if you don't have what you need then make due with what you have.

Each of the desert sands companies were linked together to a point. Look at what is needed and determine what it will take to get what is needed. Cash flow is vital for ALL exploration companies at this point and they are slowly dieing off one by one. There are many ways to accomplish this one is to further dilute the shares which I don't think is needed nor wanted by anyone. One is to establish a small scale operation in conjunction with an establish mining entity either public or private. MGAU is said to be mining marble. That idea works. Hell if a lemonade stand will produce a positive cash flow then go with that. The possibilities are limitless and all it takes is a little imagination and creativity. Your name is synonymous with Maxam Gold and the desert dirts. Make it work.
