JB, FYI P/E for Intc....based on last 4th q annualized earnings ($1,910M)....and today's closing price (say $139) is 16.3!!!! ....compared to a P/E of 24.4 for 1996. Do you think this meets the Fed's criteria for a fair valued stock.:-) Joan
