I was wondering...is this lawsuit for real or are people just stupid? In other words, from what I've read, it seems like it's already been settled that GE will pay Fonar $100,000,000. Is there a possibility that Fonar will not see any of that money? Also, how long will it be until Fonar gets the money? If this is real, than how could someone be stupid enough to sell a $3.00 stock with potential $2 EPS? I'm thinking long on this stock, but I don't understand the downward selling pressure after winning an incredible amount of money in a lawsuit. Could someone familiar with the company give me any reason how this stock could be trading down after so lucrative an announcement? thanks
