I hate to tell you how much that little bit of knowledge cost me. But someday, when all the loss-carry-forward has been exhausted, it will seem funny instead of merely stupid. Sarmad, Nothing personal but I hope I eliminate my loss-carry-forward first<G> I do not need to do it with AMZN. Glenn
