Hi Searle With Milosevics history in Croatia and Bosnia of genocide, his repeated delays and final refusal to sign the peace accord, his massive troop movement into Kosovo as the peace talks were going on, all show this mans intentions on Kosovo.You are right,the air strikes have not stopped him. Nothing was going to stop him from his intended destruction of that region.However, for the world to sit back and again watch from the sidelines would have been just as tragic.IMHO Dave T.
