I have only used my ETrade account from overseas so it never occurred to me to make trades without the cash actually being there. I seeded the account in 1997 and add a bit every month from my credit union. You could search the ETrade Sucks! thread for "free ride" and see if it ever came up there. I will delve into your stock picks and give you more thoughts on Kosovo later. PAMC - a big wet noodle to all of us for missing this one, a triple in the past few weeks. Claims it will be the biggest insurance seller on the Net. Anyone following it? Still a buy here? Small float, big hype, big gains, typical Internut.
