Sprintcar:
If MRPS wants its shares to be traded via retail brokers than it must be registered with S&P. Filing with S&P is a clear indication that MRPS intends to broaden its stockholder base and/or generate more liquidity in the market. S&P will accept or reject the filing on its own merit, and independent from the SEC.

It is interesting that the Company should first chose to file financials with the goal of generating new avenues in which to sell stock, rather than simply file with the SEC. Any thoughts about this approach?
