Francois; I don't want to venture a guess about fair market value. There is an opinion in our group, after speaking with the heads of GCHC, that these guys are looking at $20 range. Now this implies NYSE listing, infusion of $10M to $15M in cash, aquisitions and institutional buying. Since we are investors-I would hope that targets were not set in stone-but move with the entire scenario. Hope that answers your question.
