From what I'm told, they were private before they got tangled up with CSMA, and resented being made a public entity.
They want to be private
RealTime or anyone:
I currently have spinoff shares in two accounts. Is a company legally allowed to say "we wish to remain private" and cancel all shares?
Envirotec may want to be private, but are they legally allowed to remain private? I ask because I honestly don't know the answer at this time, do you?
Envirotec needs money, (a few hundred $K), to plug a few wells in Utah before they are allowed to accept class V waste. It might be difficult to raise that money as a private company. However, as a public entity, maybe they could sell some restricted (or even tradable) shares to raise the money.
As a private company, obviously they weren't able to get the Class V well in order. As a public company, they've come very close to making it happen. They need to raise funds and they need to raise funds immediately by making a public offering for Envirotec shares. Sure there might be a slight dilution in shares but at least they will have the funds available to complete the job.
I have called, and talked with Elaine Cawley repeatedly and asked her when, and if Envirotec or ADHATTERS will trade. She tells me nothing, she doesn't even offer hope
I'm sure Elaine doesn't know when Envirotec will begin trading. Nobody does. (She isn't affiliated with ADHATTERS so obviously she has nothing to say about them).
Also, anytime anyone gets asked "repeatedly" the same questions, they tend to ignore the inquiring person. They may even intentionally offer "no hope" to the person in an attempt to retaliate against the unwelcome "repeated" questioning.
I felt she was trying to discourage me
She was probably trying to discourage you from contacting her anymore. She's probably told you "repeatedly" that she doesn't have the answers to your questions.
We're all in this together. We all want to recoup our original investments. We're all sitting on restricted shares. We all are getting a bit impatient.
Even Elaine Cawley probably has restricted Envirotec shares. If they stay private, how will she cash in on those shares? When Envirotec begins trading, she might become a millionaire overnight. If it remains "private", she might only draw a modest salary while the "private investors" reap the rewards.
I can be impatient also, but let's give them some time before we "demand" answers.
Ron
PS Could RealTime or anyone post the names and phone numbers of the contact people at Adhatters and Envirotec? Maybe then we could call and at least make them aware of our presence as RealTime suggested. Thank you. |
