Hi All, Recent SEC filings: DEF 14A Notice of annual shareholders meeting: freeedgar.com Q1 10Q: freeedgar.com The 10K has been available for about a month: freeedgar.com The consensus on the Yahoo thread is to vote against the proposal for private placement of more shares. IMO the company needs to stabilize and grow internally before attempting any further acquisitions. It looks like they are back on track as far as increasing revenue and earnings but they need to get the stock price back up to previous levels to get more leverage for future acquisitions.
