Are you saying that AOL is adding 1MM subscribers a month? At $30/mo for mo fee (is
30 the right #?), that would be projected revenue of $360M for new subscribers alone.
Projected out 2 1/2 years, thats 1Billion generated by new subscribers!

tonyt,

I am saying that AOL reports each time they attain another million in subscribers. Loking back that is about every month. The subscription fee I believe is $23/ month. There are a lot of vague areas of which I do not know how they are counting. Each subscriber is entitle to five or six screen names. Does AOL at the five or six for every subscriber? I do not have a clue. If they do not, they are adding subscribers faster that SI receives new posts. Pretty amazing.

I bought once from AMZN and I cannot stop being counted as a customer. I am a customer for their lifespan LOL. I hear AOL is difficult to quit being a subscriber. I do not know if those that succeed are removed from the count.
