Are you responding to the question I asked? <<Doesn't Washington have a lot of desperate poor people on drugs preying on people at night, and a generally high crime rate?>> I realize the suburbs are probably much safer, but I have definitely seen segments on the tv magazine programs and the national news about the high crime rate and general social pathology in Washington itself. Do you disagree?
