It made some sense that INEL was drifting lower as XLCT also went lower... but why is INEL ignoring the recent strength in XLCT? With INEL trading at less than the value of its XLCT holding plus cash, they should at least trade in lockstep.

If someone has a rational explanation I'd love to hear it. As far as I can tell it is an aberation that will be corrected as value players recognize the opportunity and act on it.
