There appears to be some confusion on this board and perhaps among bulls that MSFT has come to VDAT. I think the fact is that VDAT is putting its content into MSFT format. That's quite a different situation than MSFT coming to VDAT.

I have traded VDAT with some success, but with the appearance of shorts, and no institutional longs - as far as I can tell - IMO upside is now limited.

MDLK provides streaming video for BCST, but they have acknowledged that their revenues from the relationship are still small. That's not to say that YHOO will necessarily continue the relationship.

I don't know of any fraud by VDAT, as has been alleged here, but IMO, VDAT will at least have to undergo a period of consolidation before any more runup is seen.

For now, I'm on the sidelines.
