Who is Jack? The fact Nato is illegally attacking a sovereign country for handling an internal matter. Nato's criminal act of bombing a sovereign country has, so far, done the following:
-created a huge refugee problem, which in turn expanded the conflict to Albania and Macedonia.
-has made Milosevic stronger than ever
-has caused a great loss of life and property destruction
-has instabilized the world for decades to come
-has made every country aware of the imperative need to arm themselves, preferably with nukes
-has pissed off Serbs for generations to come
-has cost far MANY billions of dollars of our tax dollars with no end in sight
-has wrecked Nato and US credibility fatally IMHO.
I believe all the rest you wrote in your post is similar to arguments Rober Barry will write...
Face it, Nato and US policy makers have made a major blunder which is getting worse daily!

Sure bombing Novi Sad and Belgrade and never flying below 15,000 feet and bombing tractors (mistaken as tanks) full of civilians...that will sure make the Serbs leave Kosovo.
Everyone knows that Yugoslavia has no chance against a western alliance of 19 countries and its military might...They may loose Kosovo but it will cost Nato...How many bodybags will it take to replace the BJ legacy with BB legacy?
