You are absolutely right. The tax implication is a very valid consideration.

If I owned any AOL I definitely would not sell.

I thought the present opinion of various brokers (although they could be wrong) was of interest for those, like me, trying to get in, and/or those trying to add to their position.

I'll tell you, these guys giving the seminar were very, very bullish on AOL for at least the next four years. They think it will double many times over!
