Jack, I believe that Weaver creek may be leased from the Government (which could be another way of saying BLM claims).

GPGI does own the patented area of Oro Grande outright.

I do not know any particulars beyond what is in the summary and the above. I did comunicate with GPGI inquiring about further specifics but they indicated that any further specifics were confidential. I can understand their position. Contractual details are often confidential at the request of one or both parties.
