Technology Stocks : Novell (NOVL) dirt cheap, good buy?

I don't know about the strong buy signal but the negative sentiment
is definitely far too negative.

Haven't these folks ever noticed the vagaries of the stock market
and don't they realize that NOVL is in a margin squeeze because of
the nasties on its tail?

Didn't they notice that many stocks in companies like MFS that lose
300M or more a quarter (that's dollars, not pesos) are fetching
such high valuation that prove the stupidity of the Street?

Doesn't the high cash position, the fact that they made a profit, and
the fact that they "grew" the unit sales make them think that Novell
might just know what it's doing?

And, lastly, don't they know what a good product line that Novell has
and just how desirable that Novell's products are in today's corporate
world?

If not, why are they buying this stock, the one with the symbol "NOVL"
and exactly what did they think they were buying?

Fundamentals, folks...take a look at them and NOVL won't look so bad
to you.
