Sorry, my statement is incorrect. It should be last 2 years. (1997 & 1998). You'll notice that the Q1 99 run rate approximately matches 1997, and is well below 1998 levels. If Q1 1999 matched 1998 levels, the earnings would have been about -.01/-.02 per share.

Also, SG&A was 18% in Q1 1999. This is also historically low. This will need to increase as CLIK! is ramped. (for advertising...).

GM% is the lowest since sometime before 1991. This is not a good trend.
