RAMP's s-1 shows that LPG has 1,517,020 of serires D preferred stock. I haven't been able to determine if this is going to convert 1-1 to common when the ipo happens, or if there is some sort of conversion factor, hence Maven's 2.5mln count?? It appears the conversion is 1-1, but later in the s-1, preferred shares are discussed and their inherent conversion, which is different for each class. I'm just not sure if the conversion is for future preferred or current as well. I'm a little hung over this am, brain not functioning to well <g>. I'll read it again later. x
