Frank,

AMER closed at 53 5/8 today and investors have the weekend to mull it over. It seems you made a good call on a new trading range. However, I disagree that AMER has topped and is heading lower.

AMER is stil the number one online provider and it is still growing at an accelerated pace. If it reachs it's goal of 10 million subscribers by the end of this year, that's a 67% increase over it current 6 million subscribers. Even with the new pricing structure this increased volume will continue to boast EPS. I see AMER possibly going down to anywhere between 48 and 42 in the short term, followed by a rise back up to 70. If it reachs this price next week, I'm going to buy calls on it.

Jeff
