It is disturbing how people seem to think that
nations that are economically weak are less likely
to become militarily dangerous. This whole century
has proven quite the opposite. The case with Russia
is very disturbing because they are still very powerful
as a nation, but an economic basket case. That is
a very dangerous situation.
