Positive trade articles have appeared in Globe and Mail over the last few weeks... China is opening up access to Canadian Companies to its Telecom sector (and others). Positive feedback from the Fibersmart tests. A surge in Tech issues on the ASE. And something new perhaps? Whatever the reason(s), I like the result. JT
