Bill,

I am of the belief that Canadians have already factored their perception of Nasdaq into the price, but to what extent? The general feeling about a listing might already be factored in; what we don't know is (a) what is that general feeling, and (b) will it strengthen or weaken?

What I am saying is that with or without a Nasdaq listing that BII may or may not continue its uptrend.

Also, one cannot dispute that Americans have not really had an opportunity to factor their feelings about Bid.Com into the stock, and once they get their hands onto this stock there is still room for appreciation.

I strongly believe that all factors are psychologically reflected in the value of a stock. However, we have no way of measuring that except in relative terms in the trend of the stock.

Denise.
