Humbly report, All, came across an interesting document by accident, thought I'd post it:

Registered securities association delisted a security because the issuer
          repeatedly failed to hold required annual shareholder meetings, and, when
          granted a rule exception, failed to meet requirements of the exception.
          Held, review proceeding is dismissed.
