Randy: thanks for your thoughts and I agree with much of your analysis; I will trade I-brokers like SIEB on short term momentum of stellar earnings in sector, but I will be gone quickly when the inevitable re-evaluation to reality takes place(e.g. traded SIEB 6x this week and flat now, and at end of most days); thus, interday trading for points at this time; I do like the business models of EBAY, CMGI/MSGI, AOL and a few others; thus I'm willing to put some of my profits into these for longer term, as this was money made on short term trades that lowers my cost basis to minimum. So I don't get antsy to sell these shares tho I fully expect another vicious sell off on all of them, but especially so with the second and third tier I-nets to occur at any time; just saying that the trading patterns are useful for making short term money when they hit a 50% correction or, alternatively, when earnings(anemic as they are) "surprise" beating whisper numbers, or whatever. I fully understand the transient nature of the trading strength on these issues, and act accordingly.
Regards and best of luck to you
James
