Sure, the class B shares issued to LMG are not included in any Market Guide, Sec etc information yet. They have to be issued yet.

But it is contracted - see the press releases.

Problem is the 94% ownership of LMG. and the anemic float, even had troubles to borrow shares. For a short time TUNEP were avail to short but at unattractive prices. Could have made a box though, but passed.
