The way i read it the pfds don't vote at all as long as the dividends are up to date [and they were as of July 30/98] .... that's the normal way. Most pfds are issued to holders of common anyway, imho, so they have a certain amount of control anyway.

19.3mil out, 22mil fd ... that sound reasonable?

The $3.3mil from the warrants will have cleared up their current liabilities from the 3Q99 financials? ... only other liabilities are 'obligations under capital lease' and 'future income taxes payable' .... the whole general look to this outfit strikes me as pretty well managed.
