Bill:

I usually get just as good results from orders I place with Fidelity as my orders through CyBerTrader. Often I get filled much faster with Fidelity. And, unlike with CyBerTrader, my Fidelity never goes down, never gives me trouble. Lot to be said for that.

Thanks for contributing. We have been discussing the advantages and disadvantages on using a discount broker (versus daytrading broker) for daytraders. Could you shed any light on the performance of Fidelity to fill market orders in active stocks? How fast are the fills executed/reported? Would you bother to attempt a market order with Fidelity in a fast moving stock, or would that be just a bad/useless as trying to use the SOES system?

Thanks for helping.
-Eric
