I asked some Russian exchange students about "LUKOY:" since they are from that area and got the following responses.
It is not doing well. We cannot get the parts we need to keep our operation going at full speed. We have had to import oil because it is cheaper.
From other things I hear from them their country is going through the hardest time of their lives. LUKOY has all you say and more but the key question is can they get it to market?
