Carl,

At least this is creative original thinking! I'm not sure if knowing the answer is really going to help us, but I sure would like to have a peek at what's in the pipe.

Another angle/clue: Remember D.Gardy's comment that the AOL purchase changed everything in a big way (not his exact words). I am now asking myself what was the plan before this development? What were they planning to do to solve the money problem. . . because the money problem was there before. And then, in what way did the AOL development influence their thinking.

In my gut, I am sure that an IPO of TVotW is pre-mature. I am also aware that I am not totally in sync with the times. I am more convinced that I am in sync with the way Bramson thinks than I am in sync with the times. So my conclusion is that an IPO of TVotW was not in the cards before the AOL thing, but that after the AOL thing, it may well have a direct role in the solution to the money problem.

I can see a direct investment with an option to purchase a portion of the AXC stake in TVotW for example. I can easily see a total buyout of AXC. I can see a secondary of AXC. Rights offering on a secondary of AXC. Convertable Preferred. Rights offering of TVotW IPO.

How many (which) of those would get Gardy excited? The man is naturally exuberant, but he is clearly excited about the immediate future.
