VLAD, I notice some insider buying on the stock back in January. It
was very little though.

After looking at the insider information, one reason the stock is
down because of all the insider selling that has occured. All the
insider buying was under $3 a share, but it only totaled 10,000 total
shares as opposed to the selling earlier last year which totaled
200,000 shares. I don't see any confidence being shown by insiders
in the stock yet. Until that happens, the shorts have to reason to
start covering their position.

When the insiders start buying big, the stock will probably langer
around.
