Sorry to hear about your loss. As for the SEC (as was published) they are looking into TokyoMex. Not PNL, What americo was trying to say is in ref to MM activity (correct me if I am wrong Americo). PNLK's activity and accounting firm (Feldman Radin in NYC and one of the top firms in the US )audit are Clean. From my dealing with PNL, everything they do goes thorough the lawyers to make sure this is 100 % Legal ! Which is not what I can say about TMex or SD or the other BS on the net.
