From what I have heard or have been lead to believe the reason there is no disclosure of the figures from the deal yet is because GLE wants to think about what it is going to charge for this deal. Delphi is so anxious to sign it will be a sign now negotiate later deal in which GLE has written in the ability to almost name their price. Delphi was looking at GLE before the breakthrough from what I have heard. Following the announcement of the breakthrough I would imagine they were fairly anxious to get something on paper before they ended up being the ones at the back of the line.
