Haven't been following this one since I sold back at 8 (darn). I did get their investor package and have to tell you I wasn't really impressed as it turned out to be a collection of newpaper reprints etc. However there was nothing printed citing results, direction or services. Thus I sold the stock and tossed the info.
I do recall however them stating something about marketing their software to others. Has bid.com become a software play rather than a auction site? At the time I felt their best asset was their URL.
