You did not read the 8-K/A carefully. The top part is the audited results of Street Technologies.

At the bottom of the filing, you will find the pro-forma consolidated numbers for the merged entities. As you can seen, on a pro-forma basis SEVL lost 12 MM on revenues of 6.25 MM. SEVL's net tangible assets is around 10 MM.

After the merger, on a fully dilutive basis the number of shares outstanding has gone up to around 40 million (includes options and converts). SEVL is trading at a 300 MM market cap. Is it justified ?
