S-1a, the a simply means ammended. As Net Radio hasn't set price or number of shares a S-1a would preceed the offering. Anytime a material change occurs they file a S-1a (usually price or quanity related) EVEREN isn't noted for their IPO's, however they're a large full service brokerage. As my contact at Everen indicates NAVR is scheduled for late April I frankly don't know what would delay them (other than poor market conditions). With EVEREN's size they'll have no trouble selling it out if the market remains receptive to the I-NUT ipo (read risky and unproven business plan). Mad2
