<<CMON, Are the ratings and price targets that the 6 professional analysts gave to NSOL wishful prayer also?>>

If I have learned anything from a successful career as a short seller, it is that Wall Street sell-side analysts aren't in the business of determining truth, but rather in the business of selling securities.

For every stock that has cratered due to factors that are clear in hindsight there will be a crew of sell-side firms, many with potential banking business in mind, that will be banging the drum for the bulls. While the shorts aren't always right, they will always face a chorus of sell-side bulls until the party is over. The list of examples is endless.

As for the so called professionalism of these analysts, you'd be surprised how often my research brings me into contact with obvious sources in possesion of useful information whom the sell-side analysts have not contacted.
