Mad2 - hope your Everen guy is right, otherwise I'll be Mad 3. Maybe you could check back with him (or her, don't want to be sexist) and find out why somebody else's contact at Everen said something crazy like July, Aug. I think you might remember somebody posting that a while back. I hate conflicting info especially coming from the same source (Everen). Then what's a poor investor to do. (i know, become a rich investor) ; )
