Ok...I've run the narrowed down list through the blender and tossed a little voodoo on it.

PLTN is discussed already (thanks again to Rebecca for her contribution).

CDCO gets the best marks for combination safety AND potential. That's not to say that it's definitely going through the roof, just that it's most likely to go significantly higher in the short term (regardless of a correction I expect it to challenge 10 in 3 months or less).

For the more speculative crowd, NMCOF should not be ignored.
