"DELL now absolutely IMHO owns the business of purveying PC's worldwide-DELL is presently in the process of destroying CPQ's "last best hope -the server business." I couldn't agree with you more! I'm amazed that Pfeiffer lasted so long. Hopefully "the street" wakes up and now sees CPQ for the dog that it is and will be! Pat Hughes
