Re: More news on SNDK If Harari was accurate in his statements on Lexar and the preliminary ruling of the court regarding the patent claims, then there ought to be a settlement announcement in the next couple weeks - very likely favorable to SNDK. The prospects of a favorable settlement ought to wet the appetites of the short term traders, but eventually I would expect some of the institutional portfolio managers specializing in small cap stocks to get a lot more confidence from this news.
