Thanks for the response. TELXON seems to have retained the upward momentum while overall market is headed south. I am glad I did not sell TELXON last year end for tax purposes. Although, the other two out of three I did sell, I wish I still had them.

Do you really think TELXON will spin off AIRONET? If so, what percentage? Also, who do you see as potential acquirer(s) for this company? It really surprised(pleasantly, of course) me when NORAND was bought by Western Atlas in January this year. But after reading the shareholders notice, it somewhat made sense. So it is quite possible that it may be some company looking for diversification may go after TELXON.

Your observation about the convertible is excellent. Just curious as to how did you know that nobody was selling? After looking at the recent developments, I am tempted to increase my target price from 20+ to 25+ for 1997. That is, of course, assuming no major correction in the markets.
