5. College Boreal: On February 5, 1999, InfoCast, AT&T Canada, and College Boreal teamed up to deliver browser enabled, interactive, electronic distance learning. This contract will bring in over $15 million in revenue by the First Quarter of 2000.

6. Appointment of Sandy Walsh: On April 13, 1999, Sandy Walsh, former Director of Research and Development for Hummingbird Communications joined InfoCast as Chief Technology Officer.

7. Appointment of George Shafran to the Board of Directors of InfoCast: Mr. Shafran serves on the President's Legislative Council of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and is vice-chairman of the board of The Heritage Bank.
