I do not understand why there is no talk on KLOC. They own 86% of 1-800-USSEARCH. This co. did more than 10 mil in revenue last year. Valuing it like other internet co., I suspect KLOC could trade towards 30 when they are on the roadshow. Bear Stearns and Robbie Stephens are 2 of the best underwriters in the space. the STUD!!
