Mr. Gaskins,

I've been reading through the AIMS thread (at least the past two hundred some-odd posts that is), as an individual I know has purchased some of the stock. If you please, I'm curious about several things.

1. What exactly is your "consulting" role vis-a-vis AIMS??

2. What is your compensation for this work??

3. Are you and your company completely in compliance with Section 17b(rules on disclosure) of the securities act??

4. What is AIMS' current cash and revenue position so that we can properly assess the company's progress towards meeting Nasdaq listing requirements??

5. I see the recent quantities of 144 filings for "planned sales". If I'm not mistaken, 144 rules require all 144 sellers to also file 144 sale paperwork in addition to the planned sale filing. If these sellers have not, in fact, sold their stock, are we to quickly expect another round of 144 planned sale filings given the requirement to actually sell the 144 stock within 90 days??

6. Assuming these 144 holders were VC who provide seed capital, how much money was originally raised via this private placement and how much more is being discussed in a potential secondary private placement?? (assuming that the secondary is a PP since an IPO would require quite a bit of financial information that seems lacking with this company).

Most of all, I would like to know your relationship to the company and the exact services you have provided. For you to post here on SI about this company, given your consulting relationship with AIMS, it is a fair question to ask your job description and compensation.

Not being adversarial, just matter of fact. Again, I'm researching this company for a friend, not myself.

Regards,

Ron
