my sentiments exactly.only you said it better as always(BG).obviously something specifically nasty turned up as the board looked into this or the 2 scumbags could have stayed until they were ready to "retire" just as replacements were found.rosen must have decided he couldnt trust them and needed to get a first hand look see. also at a big black tie dinner the night of the big confession rosen gave ep a glowing endorsement so i think something nice and ugly might be lurking. also with the change of sleepiness at the sec ,fixing this with book cooking won't be so easy.if they decide to run the busines properly your description of what is to come will be 100% accurate.for once(VBG).
